For today's painting I started out the image doing a quick sketch with a fine point sharpie marker. After the sketch was completed I came in and blocked out all of my main shapes, starting first with the sky. I then came in back over the top with a smaller brush pushing and pulling my values a bit and organizing the clouds and final details.
