Cougar Peak #276
4.75" x 6.75" Oil on Chipboard
A bit farther down the snow keeps descending on the mountainside. For this painting I had a nice piece of thick chipboard that I wanted to work on. I like the chipboard because it has a nice medium value to work off of, and the oil tends to soak up into the chipboard giving it a nice effect.

Ok, summers over, and I should be able to get back to some serious browsing again...I have a lot of catching up to do here and at Terrapeer. Looking great Jared, an amazing project, I will have to make several sorties to see it all. Best, C.
Hey Clive!...nice to have you back. Good to hear from you, and of course thanks for the comments. There is definitely a bit to check out....it just keeps growing and growing.
