Cougar Peak #170
4.75" x 6.75" Acrylic on Paper
With this image I decided to start working on my painting first, and then come back in over the top of that with my sketch. Also tried to lighten up the value in the valey a bit, while experimenting with leaving bits of the white paper showing through.

I like the contrast between the hard edges in the shadows, and the softer lighter bits.
