Cougar Peak #229
4.75" x 6.75" Oil on Paper
I ended up doing this painting towards the very end of the day when just before the sun settled down behind the hills, throwing it's last rays of violet sunlight upon the hills. I was particularly drawn to these wonderful violet and orange hues, something that you can only catch in summer.
