I love these crisp late summer mornings, when you can feel the air bite into your skin and sting your nose, as the light crawls over the mountains and splashes light upon the peak. For this image I again used the same technique as I have for the last few paintings, first starting out with pastel and then working over the top of it with acrylics until I achieve my desired result.
